This is a simple and fresh sauce, traditional from Greece, that suits perfect as a dip, with a salad or to give some extra flavor to your main dish!


  • 1 Cucumber
  • 300g Natural Yoghurt/Sour cream
  • Salt
  • Dill/Mint
  • 1tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 Garlic


  1. Coarsely grate the cucumber with a box grater, sprinkle with a little salt and squeeze out all the water.
  2. Grate the garlic and mix into the yoghurt/sour cream with the lemon juice and dill/mint.
  3. Mix well.

Keep in the fridge for 4-5 days.
