This is a simple and fresh sauce, traditional from Greece, that suits perfect as a dip, with a salad or to give some extra flavor to your main dish!
- 1 Cucumber
- 300g Natural Yoghurt/Sour cream
- 1tsp Lemon juice
- 2 Garlic
- Coarsely grate the cucumber with a box grater, sprinkle with a little salt and squeeze out all the water.
- Grate the garlic and mix into the yoghurt/sour cream with the lemon juice and dill/mint.
- Mix well.
Keep in the fridge for 4-5 days.
